By creating an account and utilizing the Zed Agribusiness SADC Portal, you formally agree to adhere to the following binding terms and conditions:

• Corporate Volume Orders: Corporate companies ordering 5 metric tons and above are strictly required to commit to a 50% upfront payment prior to dispatch.
• Import Documentation: Buyers must submit official, verified import permits from Botswana prior to the processing and clearance of cross-border shipments.
• Customs Duty Adjustments: Customers subject to customs duty are advised that standard system pricing does not apply; customized commercial valuations will be enforced.
• Small-Scale Buyers: Small-scale buyers are permitted to pay upon delivery and are instructed to submit their orders directly through the portal for standard processing.
